2. Response to Notices

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to the DMCA Agent with:
- Your signature.

- Your contact information.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or unauthorized.
- Consent to jurisdiction in [e.g., London] courts and service of process.
We will restore access unless the claimant files a court action within 10-14 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate access for users deemed repeat infringers. We maintain records of notices.
5. International Users
