At United Kingdom IPTV, we strive to provide high-quality streaming services. However, due to the digital nature of our IPTV subscriptions (instant delivery of login credentials or M3U links), all sales are final with limited exceptions. Please review this Refund Policy before purchasing.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- No Refunds for Used Services: Once you receive your subscription details and access the service (e.g., streaming on devices like Firestick, smart TVs, or via apps such as IPTV Smarters), no refunds will be issued. This includes any testing or partial use.
- Technical Issues: If the service fails to deliver within 24 hours due to our error (e.g., invalid M3U link), we offer a full refund or replacement. Contact support immediately with proof of issue.
- Trial or Demo Periods: We do not currently offer free trials, but if introduced, unused trial access may qualify for a refund.
- Reseller Program: Refunds for reseller purchases follow the same rules, with no refunds for resold subscriptions.
2. Refund Process
- Submit a request to support@unitedkingdomiptv.xyz within 7 days of purchase, including your order ID and reason.
- We will review and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
- Refunds do not include shipping fees (if applicable) or third-party processing fees.
3. Cancellations
- Subscriptions are non-cancellable once activated. For unused plans, contact us before activation.
- Automatic renewals can be disabled in your account settings.
4. Chargebacks
We discourage chargebacks, as they incur fees. Resolve issues with us first to avoid account suspension.
